Breakfast at the charming hotel L\u2019Erguill\u00e8re<\/h1><\/h1><\/div>

Dawn breaks and at L\u2019Erguill\u00e8re, breakfast, an almost sacred ritual starts: local produce, French toast, squeezed oranges, fruit salad and strawberries in season, oysters.<\/p>\n

Take your breakfast in the large room facing the sea or on the terrace.<\/p>\n

For the butter and cream:<\/strong>\u00a0Isigny Sainte-M\u00e8re cooperative and, whenever possible, we cross the Alderney Race to buy the butter at Aurigny from Kiln Farm. The butter they produce from Jersey cows is golden yellow and quite delicious.<\/p>\n
